so.. things..things…

i went to starfest in denver last weekend. 3 days of madness and awesome. everything from midnight showings of doctor horribles sing along blog to placeing bets on little children battleing to the death for our amusement with klingon weapons. i am still very wet from all of the nerdgasms that acompanied every event. the comic fest in the hilton was fabulous. all sorts of awesome artists that i did my best to either make friends with or mindburn my hidous face onto. got a giant pile of free comics (i won the raffle along with everyone i came with. go figure we were fucking lucky)

bought a graphic novel called byron from Karl Christian Krumpholz, partly because the comic was awesome and partly because he was awesome. hope get around to reading this week. read the first fisting chapter. everyone should read it( published by slave labor graphics)

well more on that later. i have much more art for you but unfotunatly i’ve lost my camera. i think i know where it is though so there will be pictures nexts post.

and by that i mean my brain hhas just come back from a terrible terrible absense where i could not bring myself to make anything.

as of yesterday i did my first watercolor in over a month. i think my artistic levey is the result of A!: I have a new apartment that i moved into a month ago, B!: i have no internet there, C!: it makes no difference because my computer is still busted, and D!: i just got a new job at the local michaels art store. i think the stress is fucking with my creativity.
the last day or so i have done something though, i did a small watercolor and started a oneshot single issue comic to work on until my computer is fixed and i can resume toaster head. i dont have a camera or scanner, however except my phone so you will have to do with these terrible  low quality photos as a teaser.

jezus im tired i just got a new job at the collage bookstore and we did text reservations this week. we assembled and boxed over a quarter million dollars worth of books this week. it sucked majorly.

as for art there are too manythings to post. go to the art section and find it yourself you lazy bums you.

problem is i havent been able to start for fear of fucking it up. i think im just gonna

start and then get feedback and maybe redoit if im not happy with it.
